đź‘‹I a researcher, teacher, and practitioner of behavioral science.
My research focuses on improving the generalizability of behavioral science interventions in the field—what works, for whom, under which conditions—using methods from meta-analysis, field experimentation, and machine learning.
My teaching covers heuristics and biases, behavior change design, experimentation, and basic stats—with a focus on large-scale projects with real companies.
Prior to my postdoc at Yale SOM, I earned my PhD and taught as a Lecturer at Wharton, taught as an Adjunct Professor of Behavioral Science at Chicago Booth, and ran a consulting firm specializing in applied psychology and experimentation.Â
