I will forever be grateful to all of my teachers, coaches, and teammates across my time studying at The Annoyance, the IO, and the Second City in Chicago. More than any expensive therapy session, they reinforced all the good stuff—flexibility, specificity, acceptance, presence, commitment, and connection.

Family

Outside of work, I enjoy a lot of stuff—reading Brandon Sanderson series, walking around the city, social dancing, and naps—but I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs most of all! 🐾
